  • RichArt Graphics accepts files from both MAC and PC platforms. The following is a list of applications we support (Please contact us if you have any questions).

    Creating Your Files
  • For the most accurate results, please send a color hard copy proof so that we can verify the color accuracy of our output/printing to your expectations.
  • Our digital output devices are CMYK. For the best possible results provide CMYK files. However, we can also accept RGB files.
  • PMS Pantone colors should be specified within the file and on your hard copy proof. RichArt will match PMS colors as closely as possible although we may not be able to color correct embedded/placed art files.
  • Include all images that have been placed or imported into the final layout of your file. These images files are important to the quality of your final print.
  • Scanned images should be scanned at no less than 300 DPI at 1/4 size of the final output/printed piece.
  • Fonts:
    • Include all fonts in your documents.
    • When using Postscript fonts (Type 1 fonts) supply both screen and printer fonts.
  • We accept files on DVD-R, CD-R, and IOMEGA ZIP (250 MB or 100MB), or you can send us your file directly through our File Transfer Interface (described below). If you prefer, you can also send us your files as an attachment to your email. Email files to: filetransfer@richartgraphics.com

    FILE TRANSFER – DIRECT TO RICHART GRAPHICS
    File Transfer Instructions

    In order to connect to RichArt Graphics' file transfer server, you will first need to download a free (or low-cost) 'ftp' client program. Numerous ftp clients (such as Smartftp for the PC and Fetch for the Macintosh) are available for download on the internet. One such download link is listed at: http://www.iqstorage.com/ftpsoftware.htm

    After you have downloaded a ftp client program of your choice, below is the login information to connect to RichArt's ftp server to transfer your files to RichArt Graphics:

    Host = richart.serveftp.net
    Login = ftpaccess
    Password = client

    Once connected, you will be able to 'drag and drop' your files directly from your computer to a folder named 'ftpaccess' on our ftp server computer. If you need more specific instructions or have other transfer needs please contact us at (800) 922-4541 or email us at info@richartgraphics.com

    Troubleshooting note: If you have trouble connecting or experience delays when trying to connect, you may need to change the PASV or 'Passive' mode setting to 'Active' mode in your ftp client program in order to connect properly. Call us if you need help finding this setting in your program.

    RichArt Graphics' ftp server normally operates between the hours of 8 a.m - 4:30 p.m. E.S.T. however, operatng hours can be extended upon request.
