  • What is the production time for printing signs, banners, graphics, and t-shirts?

Our typical turnaround time for sign, graphics, and banner printing is approximately one week. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss the specific timeline for your project, as production schedules can vary based on scope and complexity.
  • What materials are used for signs?

We provide a wide selection of materials ranging from flexible banner substrates to rigid sign boards. Our most frequently used options include 13 oz. banner vinyl, foam board, PVC plastic, acrylic, and ACM composite material. Our inventory ensures we can supply the appropriate substrate for your sign, graphics, or banner printing needs.
  • What kind of format should my logo be uploaded in?

For optimal print quality, we require vector-based files of your logo or artwork. EPS or AI formats are preferred, though PDF files are also acceptable. For raster images, we need a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at full print size. Contact us for additional guidance on file specifications for your banner, sign, or decal printing project.
  • What's the expected life of my new sign?

Most of our custom signs have a lifespan of three to five years, though many remain effective for 10 to 15 years or longer. Durability depends on several factors including material selection, regular maintenance, and exposure to harsh weather conditions. Research from Visualogistix indicates that 68% of customers view signage as a reflection of business quality. Contact us to discuss creating durable signage that enhances your business presence.
