Convenient Instructions for Sending Printing Files

For your convenience, RichArt Graphics uses We Transfer – a direct transfer website to send large files for printing, up to 2GB directly to our email.

RichArt Graphics File Transfer Instructions

You may send large files (up to 2 GB at one time) through We Transfer -

a direct transfer website. This service is completely free and easy to operate.

At the website's transfer interface, enter our email into the 'Email to' area on the page, and then enter your email in the area labeled 'Your email' as well. Give the transfer a title and add a message if you'd like.

Drag and drop your files onto the page and then hit 'Transfer'.

After hitting 'Transfer' you will need to enter an email verification code before the files are transferred. The code is automatically sent to your email that you have provided to We Transfer.

We Transfer is operational 24 hours/day. We respond to file transfers during our normal business hours. Please remember to follow up with production instructions to our email after you upload your files. If you need more specific instructions or have other file transfer needs, just contact our shop.

File Formats and Conversions

We accept Mac and PC file formats. We support the following applications:

• Adobe CC Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Adobe Acrobat PDF
• AutoCAD support through DWG files and Illustrator EPS files

We can handle converting from programs such as:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Publisher
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• And Others

Creating Your Files

We accept CMYK and RGB files. 

All photos and raster images should be no less than 300 DPI at one-quarter size of the final output/printed piece.

Please include all fonts used in your files.

For the most accurate results, in addition to your printing files, please include a PDF proof (or mail a color hard-copy proof).

PMS Pantone colors should be specified within the files and in your printing request specifications. We’ll match PMS colors as closely as possible, although we may not be able to color-correct embedded/placed art files.

Please include all separate images that have been placed/imported into the final layout of your file. These images files can be important to the quality of your final print.
